What Are The Symptoms Of Potential Miscarriage?

Girlfriend and I had unprotected sex exactly a week ago we used the "pull-out" method but to be safe i got her Plan B the next day so it has been 6 days now and she is having heavy bleeding and abdominal pains, is this normal with the pill or is this a misscarriage?
