What Are The Symptoms Of Potential Pregnancy?

i have been getting cramps and pain in the bottom of my back and stomach. i have also been getting weird sensations in my stomach. this has been happening for just over a week. i was due for my period within the first 5 days of the month, and i never had it. yet this mornin i noticed a few spots of blood but it is very light and does not feel like a normal period that i usally have. could i be pregnant.

Hello dear,
I understand your concern.

In my opinion any abnormal period in case of regularly menstruating woman should be evaluated.

Usually the pregnancy symptoms are nausea,vomitings,increased urination, sore breasts start 2 weeks after missed period.

And the abdominal cramps could be due to normal premenstrual phase.

Anyways I suggest you to get a urine pregnancy test done to rule out the pregnancy.

The urine pregnancy test gives accurate results a week after missed period .

Relax. Nothing to worry.
