Me and my girlfriend had unprotected sex, but I pulled out way before I ejaculated, after a while and a blow job that got off all traces of semen, we had sex again, but now my girlfriend is a week and 2 days late, is it likely she is pregnant? She has been under a lot of stres and is ill as well, so we thought it could be that as well.

Go for upt test and if positive then it means she is pregnant and if negative wait for 1 week and then repeat the test. If positive consult your doctor.
