What Are The Symptoms Of Potential Pregnancy?

I had a chemical miscarriage in the 5th week 4 weeks ago on the 18th October. I now feel like I'm having some very early pregnancy symptoms: very tired and need to go to the bathroom constantly. I took a home pregnancy test last night which was negative, but the test instructions did say it should be taken with the first urination of the day (which I forgot to do). I've obviously not had a period yet since the miscarriage.

Is it possible that I am pregnant again already??

Ideally early morning urine is best for test but test can be done anytime. If it's negative then wait for few days and then repeat the test. You can be pregnant but it's too early to comment so wait for few days before next upt test.
