What Are The Symptoms Of Potential Pregnancy?

I was on depo for 3 years and never had a period. I stopped taking it about 2 1/2 months ago. I had unprotected sex for a week after stopping depo. Two 1/2 months later, I had red blood only when I wiped and it lasted for two nights. Can I be pregnant?

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion it might be the due to hormonal imbalance created by depo.Anyways the pregnancy should be ruled out by doing a urine pregnancy test.I suggest you to consider doing the test.If the test is negative then the spotting might be due to hormonal imbalance.Dont worry.The irregular spotting,bleeding ,absence of periods are the sideeffects of depo.Even after stopping the depo it will take sometime for the hormones to come to normal level.
