What Are The Symptoms Of Potential Syphilis?

Is it possible to have syphilis if there is a negative ANA test result and an ESR test result of 10? I have a slightly elevated white blood cell count of 12.7. All other blood tests are normal range. I am anxiously waiting for the syphilis test. I can't remember any symptoms. The doctor had it done because of numbness in my toes.
