But I haven't had nausea or tender breast , and I have tummy ache and pelvic pain also I took test that one was hard to tell what it said and the other was negative yet I still have symptoms could I be pregnant?

Hi,
I understand your concern.
Though delayed period with the symptoms you have may suggest pregnancy, the pregnancy test results put a query there. Please get your blood HCG done to confirm/exclude pregnancy.
If it is not pregnancy- it can be menstrual disorder due to hormonal cause(thyroid/ pcod)/ fibroid uterus.
Consult a gynecologist for examination, needful investigations & treatment.
Thanks
