What Are The Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

I m not in birth control and he didn t use protection. About 12-18 hours after I had sex, in a panic I ran to CVS and got Plan B one step and took it as soon as I got home. the day all of this happened was the day after my period ended (Saturday) and sperm only lives up to 5 days in the vagina so what are my chances of becoming pregnant since my ovulation won t happen for another 14 days? I want to know if plan b will work for me and my situation I m in. please help. thank you.

Hi,
I understand your concern.
Ovulation occurs 14 days prior to the expected day of next period. You had sex on roughly 5-7 days of your period & sperm lives in vagina for 3-5 days maximum.so pregnancy was possible if your ovulation was to occur on 12th day of cycle i.e. you have a 26 day cycle.
*Even if it stands a fact- you don't have a chance of conception with the sex you are referring to, because you had taken Plan B within 24 hours of sex.
Only possibility is you have irregular period this time due to the high hormonal content of plan B.
