What Are The Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

Hi Doctor,

I am a 20 year old girl who is 5'0'' and weigh 116 lbs. I have played soccer all my life, so I have kept in good shape all my life. On September 3, I tore my ACL playing soccer, had reconstructive surgery on September 9, and have been at home resting ever since.
I have not had my period since July 25. In August, my boyfriend and I started experimenting sexually and he put his penis inside me without a condom or anything covering it. The first time I remember that happening was August 6. We did that for about once a week in August and every time, neither of us had an orgasm. Neither of us have ever had sex before, so we didn't think it was considered sex unless he ejaculated inside me. On September 2 (the night before I tore my ACL), he put his penis in my vagina again, and I had an orgasm that time, but he did not. I am not on the pill and after talking to one of my friends, I realize now that we had unprotected sex and that I could possibly be pregnant from his pre-cum. As mentioned earlier, I have not had my period since July 25. However, from August 10-August 26, I had hell week for college soccer. I am hoping that I skipped my period in August because I was working out twice a day for 2 weeks during hell week. Last year after hell week, my period was late about 80 days (I played longer, though, because I didn't tear my ACL so soon after hell week ended), so I am hoping that over exercising is why my period is so off right now because my period is not normally off like this, unless I have worked out too much. But now to throw sex into the equation, I am scared that my period is off because I may be pregnant. I did take a CVS pregnancy test on Monday, September 15, and on Saturday, September 20 - both of which came out negative. I am still worried that I may be pregnant, though. Also, the day after my ACL surgery, I went to the bathroom and noticed a clear glob in the toilet after I peed. Then, tonight I noticed a pink glob in the toilet after I peed. I am wondering if these are related to pregnancy at all. I am just scared because the CVS pregnancy tests both said I was negative, but I feel like I still might be positive. What do you think, Doctor?

Thanks for asking in healthcaremagic forum
I understand you problem.
Stressful physical activity can cause delay in periods and can totally stop periods some time in case of extreme physical activity like in case of athletes.
So, as your pregnancy tests were negative, it is unlikely that you are pregnant.
Please visit a gynaecologist for examination and to find out the cause for your delay/missed periods.
All the best.
