Hi,
Firstly, if you have regular ovulatory cycles, you do not need induction to conceive. Provided there is no other distracting factor, you can conceive naturally with regular intercourse around the ovulation period. As you have taken Clomiphene, it remains to be seen if you have hyper-ovulated and hence the pain. If you have self-medicated yourself, I would ask you to consult a specialist immediately and ask for a trans-vaginal sonogram to look for any pathology in the pelvis. You cannot feel any symptoms of pregnancy immediately after conception. You may feel tiredness, sleepiness, mood disturbances, nausea, bowel disturbances etc. Hope this helps.
