Hallow Dear,

From your history, it seems that you may be pregnant.

The first cardinal symptom of pregnancy is missing a period. The others symptom usually appear about 8-10 days later. They are:
1. Nausea & vomiting with pica
2. Frequent urination
3. Breast changes: Engorgement & tenderness, dark discolouration of nipples & areola (only in first pregnancy. This is a permanent change) with widening of areola, appearance of Montgomery's tubercles under the areola and Secretions from the nipples.

You are having nausea and frequency of urination. Though you have not missed a period, the bleeding you had was very scanty. Since you had just scanty bleeding at the time of expected menses, it is better to confirm the pregnancy status. Occasionally, during early pregnancy, some amount of bleeding may occur around the expected date of menstruation. This is known as placental sign or implantation bleeding.

Since otherwise your menses are very regular - 27 days, you may opt for one of the following tests to confirm the pregnancy:
1. Pregnancy test on overnight first morning urine sample about 8-10 days after the expected date of usual menses. Done earlier, these tests may give false negative results.
2. Beta hCG test which is highly sensitive and gives reliable results even few days before missing a period.

If the pregnancy tests reveal that you are not pregnant, you may take Tab. Deviry for 5 days; 4-7 days later you should get withdrawal bleeding.

I hope this helps you.
