What Are The Symptoms Of Sciatica?

hi, i m 29 yrs old female having burning type of pain radiating from hip joint region to back of thighs till ankle, problem is since 6yrs,sumtimes it reduces on its own n aggravated ,my MRI report shows mild lumbar spondylosis.is it sciatica? how can it b cured completely.
