What Are The Symptoms Of Sinus Infection?

I think I might have a sinus infection, not completely sure. I have had laryngitis, congestion with lots of mucus, and a bad cough. I now have pain in my right eyebrow and around eye, making my eye feel heavy and like I can t see as clearly or sharply. Could this be a sinus infection, and if so what is the treatment for that?
