What Are The Symptoms Of Sinus Infection?

I sat down to eat and 1/2 through sandwich, my palms started burning and my arms felt heavy, then I could feel my heartbeat pulsating in my hands. Then my lips went numb and the inside of my mouth started burning all the way back into my throat and it felt as though my throat was closing up but it wasn t. It lasted about 5 minutes and now afterward, I have horse voice. wondering if this could be a panic attack from anxiety or something more serious? I also have what I believe is a swollen gland under my ear along my jaw line which swells and then goes down for the last two days along with pulsating tinittus in my left ear, that has been going on for 2 months. Like a whooshing noise that keeps time with my heartbeat. Could this be due to a sinus infection?
