Yesterday I was perfectly fine I went to a public pool at these apartments and after I got out my nose and throat started to feel like I was coming down with something... do u think its strep throat my symtoms are sore throat 1 nostral plugged, 1 nostal runny, also spitting up mucus

Most of a sore throat is the viral origin then it may get bacterial infection lead to pain. So you may be suffering from acute pharyngitis with rhinitis. Use water vapor inhalation and salt water gargling. Use tablet Alday Rd twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.
