What Are The Symptoms Of Tonsils Cancer?

tonsil cancer
i am 22 years old and i have one extremely enlarged tonsil, it is about 4 times bigger than the other and it has a strange white dent on it almost like a sore that has been there for a while, the tonsil has gradually been getting bigger over a couple years so i know its not infection, im exceptionally worried that it may be tonsil cancer or tonsil lyphoma, is this the likely cause?

Hi welcome to health care magic ...

Here you are having unilateral enlarged tonsil and gradually increasing in size, so it might be malignancy....

CRP needs to be done and physical examination done along with history taken for anorexia and weight loss...

If needed throat swab taken to rule out infective etiology...

For rule out nature of lesion biopsy taken and sent for histopathology examination....

Take care

It is better to consult otorhinolaryngologist for examination... And further work up...
