What Are The Symptoms Seen During Initial Stages Of Pregnancy ?
I have recently been having pregnancy symptoms .like cramping bad sleepy head aches mood swings cravings I sometimes get sick after I eat I feel like ima throw up but I never do . But I run to the toilet as if I m about to . Sex has been kind of hurting . Sometimes I bleed after sex not a lot but when I wipe there is pink . am I pregnant or is there something really wrong ?

Clinical symptoms of pregnancy may be quite unreliable. This is very easy to know if you are pregnant or not, just do a pregnancy test.
Remember bleeding after sex is not normal & warrant investigations.
I hope you are up to date with your cervical smears. I suggest you arrange a visit to a gynecologist & get yourself evaluated. If necessary she may refer you to a physician for your other symptoms. Hope you get well soon.
