Hi,
I understand your concern.
To conceive, it is important to have a regular menses with ovulation in female partner / a normal semen analysis in male partner .
- Have an ideal life style/ avoid any illness 3 months prior to conception is good for best out comes of pregnancy.
- Tab folic acid 5 mg / day & Vitamin E 200mg / day taken by both partners help conception.
To have unprotected sex around ovulation day ( which is on 14th day of cycle in 28 days menstrual cycle ) is all that is needful at least during 1st year of married life. Conception occues within this time in case of a normal couple.
As far as stair cases are concerned, I don't think they will affect conception.. but may need to be avoided after conception.
Thanks.
