What Are The Tiny Bumps On Labia?

I just noticed when i pull the skin on the lips of my vagina i notice tiny bumps under my skin.. but when i dont pull the skin back... there are no bumps of anysort..? i am not even sure if im making any sense, im a nervous wreck right now.. should i be worried about this?
