Dear Joy,thanks for query.Renal parenchymal diseases is structural damage to kidney.there are reasons for this.The treatment is the treatment and good control of that particular disease it self.Some diseases like diabetes for example leads to this.So what you need to look for the reason and take treatment accordingly.
