What Are The Treatments For Constant Headaches, Sore Throat And Stuffed Nose?

I'm having really bad headaches where paracetamol doesn't work, The headaches are caused when I stand or sit up, or when I bend over to pick something up. I also have a sore throat and a stuffy nose. The headsaches sometimes come and go when I'm laid down. What is this

Hi,
It seems that you might be having sinus headache.
Take decongestant medicine with analgesic, which will give you relief.
Avoid cold drinks and junk food.
Do vicks vapor inhalation.
Ok and take care.
