General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi there..

Continuous crying in a child definitely needs evaluation by a paediatrician.

It could be due to constipation or other causes..
Probably she is not eating well due to some other infection... is she tugging at her ear..Any history of fever?
How is the urine output?
Is she eating ok?

You have already tried gripe water and prune juice.... It would be better if you took your child to the paediatrician.
