What Are The Treatments For Cough, Fever And Back Pain?
I came back form the Bahamas with a serve cough, antibiotic didnt do much good, the worst problem is my back, the coughing and fever have subsided to a degree but my back is killing me. I am a very healthy person 5 4 and 106lbs , have only taken antibiotics twice before.

Thank you for the post on HCM.
I have gone through your history which is suggestive of viral infection. Because of the viral infection you are having that severe myalgia.
I would have advised
1.Take oral analgesics and Antipyretics
2.Take cough syrup like codeine
3.Antibiotics requires some time, but complete the full course of antibiotics
