General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having degenerative changes in your knee joint giving this problem.
There might be having osteoartheritis of the joint with less lubricating fluid and some changes in cartilages and maniscus.
MRI will give definite clue regarding the condition of the joint.
After report treatment can be decided.
Ok and take care.
