Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. It appears that you have neuritis due to the hypertension. Or may be due to the deficiency of the vitamins, iron etc. The sounds may be due to the tinnitus, may be due to the infection of the middle ear. I advise you to consult an E.N.T. surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, phenylephrine, citrizine, diclofenac , and serratiopeptidase. wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
