What Are The Treatments For Pain And Tenderness In Throat, Difficulty In Swallowing And Dry Eyes?

I have pain and tenderness in my throat area near the adams apple. My throat gets very dry and sometimes I have difficulty swallowing. the pain & tenderness are new symptoms. I also have very dry eyes. I test high but within normal range for sjogrens.

Hi, dryness is because of sjogerns.. pain may be because og congestion or inflammation.
Do salt water gargle, take pain killers and anti inflammatory meficines for 5 days.
Always use some lozenges for your dry throat. Artificial tears for your eyes.
If symptoms persists thenyou czn consult doctor.
