What Are The Treatments For Pain In Throat And Chest?

I have chest , a really bad feeling in my throat and chest, I know I am getting real sick.. my brother is just getting over this horrible chest cold.. I have taken other otc robatussin salt water gargle, what can I do for relief right now, its Friday evening and my doc is probably on his way home!help

you are probably coming down with an infection.
you can do ordinary salt watre garling for the throat.
take tylenol if there is fever.
if you experience difficulty in breathing then you need to see the er doctor.
