Hello,
Thank you for posting your query on HCM.
Acne (Pimples/blackheads) as you must be knowing is pretty common in this age group and is mostly due to hormonal changes in your body. It is important that you treat acne at the earliest as it could lead to complications like pigmentation
(Dark spots) and scars.
Proper treatment of acne starts with proper healthy lifestyle in terms of diet and exercise. Avoid picking/pricking/scratching of pimples. Consult your dermatologist who would advise you oral drugs (Isotretinoin, oral antibiotics etc)and creams for local applications containing antibiotics/benzoyl peroxide/tretinoin/adapalene) depending upon your severity of acne.
Also use gentle cleanser like Cetaphil OS to remove excess oils from your face.
Use good quality moisturizers as required (Emolene cream etc) to keep your skin well hydrated.
As for dark circles, apart from good diet and sleep patterns, regulate the stress level in your routine life. Try using under-eye creams twice a day (Avarta eye cream etc)for at least 3 months for appreciable results. You can also try applying used tea bags as eye-pads for 15-20 minutes daily.
Hope this wil take care of all your queries and wish you best of health.
