What Are The Treatments For Severe Headache, Nausea, Fever And Loss Of Appetite?

Yes, Im a 31 yr. old female. I ve been having severe headaches non stop for 3 days along with nausea, and loss of appitite and dry mouth. I had a slight fever today. I have no idea what is going on and can barely tolerate these headaches much longer...really need some kind of answers if possible. thank u
