What Are The Treatments For Sudden Increase In Blood Pressure Accompanied By Dizziness, Neck Stiffness And Short Of Breath?

Hey.
Iv been having sudden increases in blood pressure up to 180/100 accompanied by dizziness and shortness of breath. Making my neck stiff afterwards.This has been happening for the past 3 days..also it has this doom like feeling. I'm 25 and don't have any illness.
