What Are The Treatments For Swelling In Inner Corner And Top Of Left Eye?

the inner corner and top of my left eye is very swollen in the mornings and after I place a warm compress on it, it is still a little swollen and is red. On the skin in the inner corner of my eye, there is a large lump on the upper part of the skin. What do I do to make it go away?
