What Are The Underlying Causes For Blood In Stool And Bloating While Experiencing Delay In Periods?

Hi I am 20 years old, i have not had my period for at least 3 months, last time i had a little blood but i believe i had an infection, ever since things havent been the same. I have seen blood through my stool in like the past week and sometimes even hard to go , and havent passed much gas. Along, I have stomach pains, and bloating. Feels like I have cramps sometimes too. I have taken a pregnancy test, and taking medication from friends who work in hospitals but I dont see any change, but I do think its getting worse.
I have pain having sex, I have only been with one man for the past year. I have not told him but I would like to know what may be wrong and causing all of this.

Hi, thank you for asking Healthcare Magic.
When the body is subjected to stress (psychological or by a disease), the menstrual cycle might be affected. These symptoms are probably stressing you up and this can lead to lack of concentration during intercourse resulting in less vaginal secretions leading to pain. You need a thorough clinical assessment.
I think an inflammatory bowel disease has to be ruled out. In my opinion, I would suggest you see a gastroenterologist for proper assessment and management.

I hope that answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. We will be delighted to answer more questions from you.
I wish you good health
