What Are The Use Of Zapiz 0.25 Mg, Alzolam 0.25?

I am 55 years of age, 58 kg in weight and suffering from diabetes (which is under control limit). And not able to sleep at night properly. My questionis Why do doctors prescribe zapiz 0.25 mg , alzolam 0.25 and trika 0.25 mg and how long a patient need to take those drugs?
