What Are The Uses And Side Effects Of Brufen Retard 800 Mg?

Hi I have been taking Brufen Retard 800mg twice a day, and also 30mg Dihydrocodeine at night. Since friday I have had the most horrendous upset stomach, and still don`t feel right today, could the high dosage of Brufen cause it, been taking that for two weeks ??
