What Are The Uses And Side Effects Of Cipralex 10mg Tablet?

Hi my fiancé is on 10 mg of cipralex for the past month. His doctor put him on it because of mood ups and downs and his rage problem. I was wondering how long he would typically have to stay on it, and if he were to get off these pills would he have these issues again? We are also thinking about having another kid soon, do these pills effect sperm count or effect the fetus at all? Thanks
