What Are The Uses And Side Effects Of Concerta Tablets?

My doctor prescribed me concerta last week and said I should take it this weekend to see how it affects me and what not. And I was looking up info on concerta and it said problems with congenital heart defects is a precaution. I was diagnosed with a heart murmur as a child and idk if I still have it but should I worry?
