What Are The Uses And Side Effects Of Femodene Pill?

Hi, i have been on Femodene for 2years now and the month before my previous period i stopped it. But i noticed that my period cramps are much more severe when i'm on the pill then when i'm off the pill. Could you perhaps tell me what the cause is and what i can do about it?
