I've just had surgery to repair two tendons in my right thumb that I accidentally cut. They've prescribed me with an IV of Levofloxacin 750mg. My concern is that this Antibiotic has been specifcally linked to cause tendon rupture. Are my concerns justified? Should I request a change of medication?
