What Are The Uses And Side Effects Of Loestrin Drug?

I take loestrin as a contraceptive, but i havent been taking it properly... and i have sex a lot with my partner but we dont use any other protection, but i miss days then take maybe 3 pills... firstly is there a high chance im pregnant and secondly will this affect my fertility later in life? thanks.
