What Are The Uses And Side Effects Of Loniten?

I am taking Minoxidil (Loniten) for Hypertension. I was taking 10 mg daily. My Doctor recently changed it to 10 mg twice daily.My sleep patterns have changed since the dosage was increased. I don't get a good nights sleep anymore. What are your thoughts on this? Nothing else in my life has changed only the medication.
