What Are The Uses And Side Effects Of Methylprednisolone?

I had the Novasure procedure done April 2010. My period stopped around September 2010. I developed severe allergies a few months later and my Allergenist prescribed Methylpredisolone (4 mg) in March 2011 and since then I ve had my menses in April and now in May 2011. Did this medication reverse the Novasure procedure?
