hi doc i am a type 2 diabetic. i take diamicron 60mg before breafast ,riomet od 500mg after breakfast and one after dinner i take storvas 10mg before lunch and poiglar 30mg after lunch . i am married for almost 10yrs now but my wife still could not concieve .she underwent myomectomy 08yrs ago. my sperm count was 56million some two yrs ago . recently dr has advised me to take one paternia tablet after breakfast. can u pls tell me what paternia is all about and how safe it is to me. tnx
