What Are The Uses And Side Effects Of Premarin Tablet?

i have been taking premarin since a my hysterectomy. i am only taking .3 now. feel better on it, sleep better etc. i have a 'bone deficit' following a para thyroid tumer and thought it might be helpful for that too. my question is are there negative affects for taking it for many years/
