What Are The Uses And Side Effects Of Primolut And Tranexamic Acid?

I have PCOS and have had menstruation for a constant 7 weeks now from light and then heavy with clots then I think it is going to stop but it starts again by the end of the day. I was given a prescription of primulet and also tranexamic acid. Can I still conceive on these medications?
