What Are The Uses And Side Effects Of Sprintec 28 Day Tablet?

Hi my name is Irma and I have one question:

I had a baby 7 weeks ago and I had my 6 week check up and the doctor gave me pills birth control called sprintec 28 day and she told me to start on sunday 7/25 and i have used the first line of the blue pills. But i didn't get my period yet since i had a baby shoud i continue taking this pack of pills until i get my period or what shoud i do?
