What Are The Uses And Side Effects Of Vyvanse 60 Mg?

I take vyvanse 60mg and when I exercise it actually makes it more enjoyable and able to go harder and longer and I think that it helps to increase the serotonin afterwards .I am an elite Ironman athlete..What about dehyrdration am I more prone to it being on a stimulant????
