What Are The Uses And Side Effects Of High Strength Antidepressants?

how would you feel if someone gave you a dose of high strength antidepressants. Not sure what drug exactly but for past 2-3 weeks have not been as happy as l normally are and l do not have anything to be sad about . i do not feel happy or sad just indifferent and usually l am happy and excited about little things. My sister in law has depression at the moment and we had a big fight and just wanted to rule out her doing something crazy like giving me a dose woudl it lasyt 2-3 weeks?
