What Are The Uses And Side Effects Of Tacroz 0.3 Ointment?

I had been diagnosed by a Dermatologist a Lichen planus on the oral mucosa- and had abut 30 tablets of Betnasol for gargle and Applying Tacrz0.3% for last three months in my both the cheek.
Now I have no burning sensation , but worried for how long it will take to cure or its developing into the Cancer, pls help
