What Are The Uses Of Mecobalamin Tablets?

For what purpose should one take mecobalamin tablets. My doctor has prescribed Meconerv Forte capsules to be taken for two months daily one. The other ingredients are alpa lipoic acid, benfotiamine, inosital, pyridoxine hydrochloride, folic acid. I have numbness in feet but do not have diabets. But less sleep and extreme work pressures.
