sir i m suffering from hip joint problem, perthese desease, from last 15-18 years. now i m 28. right leg started first. now the same problem started to left also. and my mevement stop. i cant sit on the floor , cant strecht my leg i cant do anything . now a days my both the leg are paining badly. sir pls. tell me the solution for these
